Birmingham Airport transfers and airport taxis

Need a transfer to or from Birmingham Airport (BHX)? Send us your journey details and we'll pass them to an independent licensed operator who covers Birmingham Airport and the Birmingham area.

About Birmingham Airport

Birmingham Airport is in east of Birmingham, near the NEC and has one terminal. It sits close to the M42 and serves the whole of the Midlands. Tell the operator your terminal (if there is more than one) and your flight number so they can plan the pickup.

Drop-off and pickup

Like most UK airports, Birmingham Airport charges cars to use the drop-off area outside the terminal, and pickups normally use the short-stay car park. Ask whether these charges are included in your quote. Check the airport's own website for current charges and any roadworks.

Plan your timing

Airlines usually recommend arriving 2 hours before short-haul and 3 hours before long-haul flights. Add time for traffic and the drop-off queue, particularly at weekends and during school holidays.
