One tap records a seizure the moment it happens. Every event saved safely to your own private account — forever. Designed for epilepsy, non-epileptic attack disorder, and any condition where seizure logging matters.
Seizure Tracker is designed for anyone who needs to keep an accurate record of seizure activity — whether for themselves or someone they care for.
Epilepsy — all types including tonic-clonic, absence, focal, myoclonic and infantile spasms · Non-Epileptic Attack Disorder (NEAD / PNES) · Dravet Syndrome · Lennox-Gastaut Syndrome · Febrile seizures · POTS & vasovagal syncope · Tuberous Sclerosis · Any other condition requiring seizure monitoring
Carers and family members can log in on their own device using the same account credentials — so both the patient and their carer always have an up-to-date record between them. One account, any number of devices.
Every time the Seizure Now button is pressed, the exact date and time is saved instantly. You can then optionally add:
Duration — hours, minutes and seconds using a scroll picker.
What you were doing — choose from a list including talking, walking, out in public, eating, cooking, dressing, shopping, in the bathroom, taking medication, resting, sleeping, exercising, travelling, or stressed. You can also type your own activity if none of the options fit.
Notes — any free text observations about the event.
Multiple seizures — if several seizures happened close together, log them all in one tap using the Multiple Seizures button.
The activity list is designed to align with the 10 daily living activities assessed in a PIP claim, so your diary entries directly support your evidence.
The PDF export is designed to be used as supporting medical evidence. It includes your full personal details, a summary of total seizure activity, and a complete chronological log of every recorded event.
PIP (Personal Independence Payment) applications · GP appointments · Neurologist referrals · ESA applications · DVLA medical assessments · Employer or school medical disclosures
Fill in your Profile as completely as possible before exporting so the report contains all the information needed.

"My neurologist asked me to start keeping a seizure diary for my PIP reassessment. I tried paper and a spreadsheet but nothing stuck. This is the first thing that's actually worked — I just tap a button the moment it happens. The PDF export is exactly what my GP asked for."
"My son has absence seizures and they happen so fast — blink and you miss them. Being able to log multiple at once and add what he was doing has helped us spot that most happen when he's tired after school. That pattern alone changed his medication timing."
"I've had focal aware seizures for years but always struggled to describe them to consultants. Now I log the duration, what I was doing, and any notes straight away while it's fresh. My consultant said it's the most useful diary she's seen from a patient."
"As a carer for my wife who has Dravet syndrome, I need something reliable. The dashboard showing patterns by day of the week helped us realise her seizures cluster on Saturdays — we think it's the change in routine. Simple app, massive insight."
"Worth every penny. I was using notes on my phone before but couldn't pull any data from it. The weekly graph made it so obvious my seizures increased after I changed jobs — stress was clearly a trigger. I showed the chart to my neurologist and we adjusted my medication."
