The monthly care plan
A website needs hosting and looking after, so every package comes with our monthly care plan, from £30 a month. It is rolling, with no long contract: you can cancel with one month's notice and we will help you move your site if you leave. It covers fast UK hosting, security, backups, updates and small changes such as prices, hours and photos. The exact monthly price for your site is confirmed in writing before you pay for anything.

Frequently asked questions
Is the monthly fee compulsory?
Yes. A website needs hosting and looking after, and the care plan covers that: fast UK hosting, security, backups, updates and small changes. It starts from £30 a month, with no long contract.
Can I cancel the monthly plan?
Yes, with one month's notice. Your content, photos and business name are yours, and we will help you move your site if you leave.
When do I pay?
You pay after you have seen a fixed price in writing, and not before. If your package needs a quote, we send it after we have read your answers.
How long does it take?
Most sites are ready in about 2 weeks, depending on how quickly we get your photos and details.
What if I am not sure which package I need?
Choose Custom Build, or just send the form and tell us what you do. We will recommend the right one and tell you honestly if you need less than you think.
