Literature burial in Preston
A dignified, postal burial service for Qurans, religious books, and prayer material, serving Preston and the surrounding area. Weigh, post, and we'll handle the rest.
Serving the Preston community
Preston has a substantial Muslim community, with long-established populations in Deepdale, Fishwick and Frenchwood and many masajid and madrasahs.
Why Preston families use the service
Preston families, madrasahs and the university community regularly need a respectful route for old Qurans and Islamic books. Our postal service covers every UK postcode at the same per-kg rate, and parcels travel Royal Mail Tracked 48 to our partnered Muslim cemetery.
Local cemeteries and drop-off context
Local cemeteries with Muslim sections handle human burials, not literature, and most masajid no longer have space to bury books on site. For Qurans and Islamic books, a dedicated postal burial service is usually the simplest respectful route.

Frequently asked questions — Preston
How do I dispose of an old Quran in Preston?
Weigh it, see your price on our calculator, pay online and post it from any PR postcode or Post Office in Preston. We wrap it and bury it at a partnered Muslim cemetery, so it is never burned, recycled or put in household waste.
Can a Preston mosque or school send a large amount?
Yes. Masajid, madrasahs and Islamic schools can send several boxes in one trackable shipment, or ask us about a pallet collection (typically 3–5 working days' notice in England). Contact us with your postcode and rough volume.
