What is the cheapest plan? +
The Starter plan is £49 per event and includes a real-time online scoreboard and bracket generator for up to 8 participants on a single court — ideal for small events and taster tournaments.
Are payments one-off or recurring? +
Starter, Plus and Pro are one-off payments per event — no subscriptions, no recurring charges. The Organisation plan is an annual subscription that covers unlimited events for one year.
Can I upgrade mid-event? +
Yes. You can upgrade your plan at any time during an event. Your existing data, brackets and scores are preserved — nothing is lost when you upgrade.
What payment methods do you accept? +
We accept all major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Amex) via Stripe. Organisation plans can also be paid by invoice and bank transfer.
Do I need a different plan for each event? +
Starter, Plus and Pro plans cover a single event each. If you run multiple events, the Organisation plan gives you unlimited events for one annual fee.
Is there a refund policy? +
Yes. If you haven't started scoring, we offer a full refund within 14 days of purchase. Contact us at info@webmatter.co.uk for refund requests.
