What does Sponsor Wall actually do?

You upload your sponsors' logos and it lays them out as an even, balanced sheet, then exports it for print, slides or the web. It handles the awkward part. Logos arrive at different sizes, on white, on black, as screenshots or photos of signs, and it makes them sit together as though someone designed them to.

Do I need design software?

No. It runs in your browser. There is nothing to install and no design tool involved.

What file types can I upload?

PNG, JPG, SVG, WebP, GIF and BMP. Screenshots and photographs of signage work, because the background is detected and knocked out automatically.

What sizes can I export?

A4 and A3 at 300dpi for print, 16:9 for a slide deck, a lower-third-safe 16:9 for a broadcast loop, a 1600×900 web strip, and a square for social. Print formats come out as PNG and multi-page PDF.

How much is it?

Organising, previewing and every layout control is free, with no time limit. £29 once per account unlocks print-resolution exports without a watermark. It is a single payment, not a subscription, and it covers every sheet you ever make on that account.

Why are free exports watermarked?

So you can see exactly what you would be buying before you pay. The free export is the real layout at a smaller size with a watermark across it. Nothing is hidden from you until you have paid.

How many sponsors can one sheet hold?

There is no hard limit. Past roughly 36 logos a sheet is split over several pages automatically, and the number of pages is chosen per format, because an A3 read at arm's length carries far more than a slide projected across a hall.

Can I highlight our main sponsors?

Yes, two ways. Headline sponsors sit either side of your header on every page. A chosen few more can be promoted into a larger top row above the main wall. Everyone else fills the wall below.

What if a sponsor sends the same logo twice?

It gets flagged. Identical files are caught, so are images that merely look alike, and so are names that match once version tails like "02" or "final" are stripped, which is the common case when a sponsor sends a second, better photo of the same logo.

Where are my logos stored?

On our server, against your account, so you can come back to a sheet later. The layout work itself happens in your browser, so the files are only stored, never processed server-side.

Can I use my own colours and logo?

Yes. Upload your own header lockup and a contact bar for the foot of the sheet, and set the heading, sub-heading and three colours. Nothing about the output is tied to a particular organisation.

Do you offer refunds?

Yes. Email sponsorwall@webmatter.co.uk within 14 days and we will refund you, no argument. You can see the full quality before paying, so it should rarely come to that.
