Privacy

What we hold

• Your email address and a hashed password. Passwords are hashed with bcrypt, so we cannot read them.
• The logo files you upload, and the names you give them.
• Your sheet settings: wording, colours, order, format.
• Whether you have paid. Card details never reach our server; Stripe handles payment.
• Basic events such as sign-up and export, to see whether the product works.

Who else is involved

Stripe processes payment and receives your email address. Brevo sends transactional email (welcome, receipts, password resets). That is the entire list. No advertising networks, no analytics beyond our own counts.

Your logos

Uploaded artwork is stored so you can return to a sheet later. It is served from a folder where scripts cannot execute, and it is not indexed by search engines. The layout work happens in your browser, not on our server.

Getting rid of it

Delete a logo in the app and the file is removed from disk. To close your account entirely and have everything deleted, email sponsorwall@webmatter.co.uk and it will be done within 30 days. You can ask for a copy of your data at the same address.

Cookies

One session cookie, so you stay signed in. No tracking or advertising cookies, which is why there is no consent banner.
