Services we can help with
- Dog grooming: baths, clips, hand stripping, nails and ears
- Dog walking: solo or group walks, puppy visits
- Pet sitting: home visits for cats, rabbits and small pets while you're away
- Home boarding, kennels and catteries
- Pet taxis to the vet or groomer
Choosing a pet carer
Ask about insurance, experience with your breed, and references. Dog walkers and sitters should be insured, and home boarders, kennels and catteries must hold a local council animal activity licence. Always arrange a meet-and-greet first, and share your vet's details and any medication instructions.
Looking for a vet?
For illness or injury, contact a vet directly: we don't handle veterinary enquiries. Our guide to vet costs in the UK explains typical fees and how pet insurance works.

Frequently asked questions
Is the service free?
Yes. Sending an enquiry is free and there's no obligation to book.
Do pet sitters and walkers need insurance?
They should have public liability insurance and cover for the animals in their care. Ask to see it.
Do kennels and catteries need a licence?
Yes. In England, anyone providing boarding for cats or dogs as a business needs an animal activity licence from the local council. Ask for the licence and its star rating.
How much does dog grooming cost?
It depends on size, coat and condition. A small short-haired dog costs much less than a large double-coated breed. Ask for a price for your dog.
Can you help with an emergency?
No. If your pet is ill or injured, call your vet or an out-of-hours emergency vet immediately.
