About Us

Built with purpose,
not just code

Seizure Tracker exists because we saw a real gap — people managing epilepsy and other seizure conditions deserved a simple, private, affordable tool that actually works the way they need it to.

Why we built this

Managing a seizure condition involves far more than the moments seizures happen. There are GP appointments to prepare for, neurology reviews, PIP assessments, and the daily reality of trying to remember what happened, when, and what you were doing at the time.

Paper diaries get lost. Memory fades — especially after a seizure. Generic health apps aren't built around the specific things that matter for epilepsy and seizure conditions. We wanted to fix that.

Seizure Tracker was designed from the ground up to be fast to use at the moment it counts — one tap to log a seizure, with the detail captured while it's still fresh. Then, when you need to demonstrate your condition to a GP, neurologist, or benefits assessor, that record is ready to go.

Who we are

We're a small UK-based web development team operating under Web Matter. We build focused, purposeful digital tools — not sprawling platforms with dozens of features nobody uses. Seizure Tracker is a product we care about deeply, and we're committed to keeping it simple, private, and genuinely useful.

We don't have investors pushing us toward ad-revenue models or data-sharing agreements. We charge a single one-time fee, cover our costs, and focus entirely on making the product better.

"We didn't want to build another subscription app that drains money every month. Seizure Tracker is a tool — you pay once, you own access for life."

🇬🇧

UK-focused

Built around UK healthcare — NHS appointments, PIP assessments, and the language used by UK neurologists and GPs.

What we believe about seizure management

People living with epilepsy, NEAD, Dravet syndrome, and other seizure conditions are often asked to do a lot of work: log their seizures, describe their patterns, justify their needs to medical and benefits professionals. That work deserves proper tools.

Good documentation isn't just helpful — it can be life-changing. A clear, consistent seizure log can influence a diagnosis, change a medication review, or make the difference in a PIP assessment. We take that seriously.

We also believe that caregivers matter. Many of our users log on behalf of a family member — a parent tracking their child's seizures, a partner keeping records because their loved one can't after a seizure. Seizure Tracker is designed to support that too.

UK registered & GDPR compliant

Web Matter operates in the United Kingdom. We comply fully with UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018. Your data is processed lawfully, stored securely, and you can request its deletion at any time. See our Privacy Policy for full details.

Questions or feedback? We genuinely want to hear from users. If something isn't working, if you have a feature idea, or if you just want to tell us how the app has helped — email us at info@webmatter.co.uk
