The information recorded in this application and any reports generated by it should not be used as a substitute for professional medical advice. Always consult a qualified healthcare professional regarding any medical concerns or conditions.

While the PDF export is designed to be useful as a supporting document for medical appointments, benefit applications (such as PIP), or other purposes, we make no guarantee that it will be accepted or considered by any organisation, authority, or professional.

We accept no liability for any medical decisions made based on data recorded in this application.

4. Payment and access

Payment is processed securely by Stripe. We do not store your payment card details.

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the service at any time. In the event of permanent discontinuation, we will provide reasonable notice.

Due to the digital nature of this product, refunds are not offered once access has been granted and login details have been sent. If you experience a technical issue preventing access, please contact us and we will resolve it.

5. Your account

You are responsible for keeping your login details (email and password) secure. Do not share your credentials with others.

Each purchase is for a single personal account. You must not share your account with other individuals.

You must be 18 or over to purchase and use this service.

6. Your data

The data you enter belongs to you. We store it to provide the service and will not sell it or share it with third parties, except where required by law or as described in our Privacy Policy. We take reasonable steps to protect your data, but cannot guarantee complete security. You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you enter.

7. Acceptable use

You agree to use this application only for lawful personal purposes. You must not attempt to access other users' data, reverse engineer the application, or use it in any way that could cause harm to others or to the service.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Web Matter shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of this application, including but not limited to loss of data, medical outcomes, or failed benefit applications.

Our total liability to you shall not exceed the amount you paid for access to the service (£10).

9. Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time. Continued use of the application after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
