For best results: a tablet for the operator, phones for coaches, and a TV or projector for the audience scoreboard.

Scores are saved locally in the browser, so the system keeps working without internet. Data syncs automatically when the connection returns. We still recommend a backup mobile hotspot for larger events.

Yes. Red and blue coach devices show real-time scores and match status. Generate a coach QR code, share it with your coaching staff, done.

A dedicated URL displays live scores, current match, upcoming fixtures and rankings. Project it onto a TV or large screen — updates automatically as matches progress.

Yes. Create free or paid registration forms and share the link. Entries appear in your competition automatically as soon as they submit. Customisable fields, entry fees, payment options — all syncs to your event.

Yes — powered by Stripe. Entry fees are collected from contestants online and paid out to you, minus a small platform fee. PCI-compliant, secure.

Yes. CSV import with columns for name, club and category. Upload your spreadsheet, contestants are added instantly. Make corrections anytime before or during the event.

Use the Sign-In / Attendance feature to mark which contestants have arrived. Remove no-shows from brackets before generating matches — saves time and avoids empty fixtures.

Yes. PDF certificates for both winners and participants. Bulk print or download individually. Includes contestant name, category, placement and your event details. Fully branded.

90 days after your event ends. Email reminders at 30 and 7 days before expiry. Export everything as CSV before the window closes, or pay £10/month to extend storage.

Yes. CSV download from the admin panel. All results, scores and match data included. Use for your records, analysis, or import into another system.

Yes — upgrade anytime from your dashboard. Mid-event upgrades take effect immediately. We credit your existing payment toward the upgrade cost.

Visa, Mastercard, American Express via Stripe. Federation tier customers can also pay by bank transfer.

Prices shown are in GBP. VAT is added at checkout for UK customers based on registration status. Your invoice itemises the VAT separately.

Yes — Professional and Federation include OBS streaming overlays. Transparent browser sources for scoreboard, ticker and bracket views. Copy the URL, paste into OBS, done.

Yes. All data is encrypted in transit (SSL/TLS). Device links use PINs to prevent unauthorised access. We don't store unnecessary personal data. GDPR-compliant.

Yes. Upload your logo — it appears on scoreboards, certificates and audience displays. Available from Starter and above. Customise colours and text to match your club or federation.
