We're not selling yet. Details will be confirmed before launch. Here's our plan.
Where we deliver
- At launch: the UK
- Soon after: Ireland and Europe, then the US and beyond. Tell us where you are on the waitlist form so we know where demand is.
Delivery times and costs
We'll publish exact prices and delivery times before launch. We plan to use a tracked service, and you'll be emailed tracking details when your order ships. If a satchel is made to order, we'll show the expected dispatch time before you pay.
International orders (when available)
Orders outside the UK may be subject to import duties and taxes charged by the destination country. We'll explain at checkout whether these are included or payable on delivery.
If something goes wrong
- Late or missing: email madrasahbag@webmatter.co.uk and we'll chase the courier. If it's lost, we'll replace or refund it.
- Damaged in transit: send us a photo within 7 days and we'll put it right. Your legal rights still apply after that. See returns and refunds.
