The satchel measures 38 × 29 × 10 cm outside, with inside space of 34 × 26 cm, fits A4 flat. It fits a large mushaf and an a4 exercise book side by side, plus a pencil case. Care is simple: wipe clean, air-dry if wet, and condition once or twice a year.

Fit by age
The strap adjusts from about 80 to 130 cm, so the bag sits at hip height on most children from age 7, and on adults. For younger children, see madrasah bags by age.
Care
- Clean: wipe with a soft dry cloth, or a barely damp one for marks.
- If it gets wet: empty it, stuff with paper, and dry at room temperature. Never on a radiator.
- Condition: a little leather balm once or twice a year.
- Store: stuffed with paper, in a cotton bag, out of direct sun.

Colour variation
Full-grain leather is natural. Every hide differs slightly, and colour will deepen with use and sunlight. Your satchel will not look exactly like any other.
